Jerry has been working on the Sun GNOME team for many years.  He is
responsible for integrating a number of GNOME modules into Solaris
including gmime, tracker, libgsf.  He works on the GNOME multimedia
team and has done work providing bug fixes to GStreamer and various
GStreamer-based programs.

Lately, I believe he has been doing a lot of work on the Tracker
module.

I strongly recommend his application to the GNOME Foundation.
