Simplified Chinese translations

Detailed description:
I have done lots of translations of gnome 2.22 and gnome 2.24,nearly finished translating the 
gnome-user-guide,before I worked on it ,the whole document translations progress are only 3%,after I have 
done that,it goes to 19%.And I have translated several programs as you can see them in svn.

What's more,I am now in svn and a mail from mango said that there should be a email alias named 'aronxu svn 
gnome org' to my email address,but it dosen't work.
