translation, advocacy, ubuntu gnome bugsquad.

Detailed description:
I used to be a translator at gnome for a long time where I've helped so many new translator to join the team, 
after that I was a gnome translator at launchpad for ubuntu. I worked at gnome bug triad for ubuntu at 
launchpad as well, and I worked with bug triad a long time ago at gnome bugzilla and I'm coming back for this 
work that I like so much. 
I've been at the most importants Brazilian conferences as a gnome evangelist, helping the community and 
looking forward to promote the gnome!
