Summary:
Documenting GIO, writing "network://" backend for GVFS, general GIO, GVFS and Nautilus bug-zapping.

Detailed description:
Starting working on GNOME with GIO, stubbing out the documentation then going through and filling it in as I 
could. Small patches to Nautilus, GIO and GVFS.
