Summary:
tracker thunderbird support, java-gnome fixes, nautilus

Detailed description:
Added thunderbird support for meta tracker, which involved applying changes to the xpi thunderbird extension 
originally written by the Pierre Ostlund, changed bits in the tracker source code to index e-mails.

Java-gnome 2.x - few fixes for the build environment, cleaned up examples and few changes in the source code.

Fixes for nautilus, mostly related to the Solaris specific things, such as zfs support for the trash bin.
