Hey dudes,

Not something we can rectify this year, but can we make sure this email has
a link to the election website next year? Perhaps making a template of this
mail in svn (if one doesn't already exist) would be a good way to ensure we
improve it year on year if necessary.

The reason this is important is that the email summarises some of the rules
but really needs to link to the election website to provide full context of
the electoral rules.
