library-web, Serbian localization

Detailed description:
I'm involved in Serbian Gnome translation project from 2003 and I've done a lot of contribution to it, 
especially for GNOME 2.16 and GNOME 2.18 releases.

Last year, my project (library.gnome.org) was one of selected for Google Summer of Code. I've done most part 
of code behind current alpha release, and I'm working together with others to get complete feature set done 
by next release of GNOME.
