Stephane has been an incredibly helpful and active contributor to GNOME
through and the technologies it uses.  He maintains several parts of the
f-spot core, works through bugs in bugzilla and contributes on the
lists.  Notable contributions include the Picassa export code,
improvements to the database layer and query logic, and many many bug
fixes.  I fully support his membership request.
