We should change meetings dates to alternative weeks I guess. And can we
please declare times according to GMT? I was totally confused with time
zone for previous meeting. 

Last meeting was at "Thursday Mar 08 at 1900 hours Indian Standard
Time (UTC+0530)" . And I'm on UTC +2.  1900 - (530-200) = 1530, so
meeting was on 1530 for my time right? 

If so, giving time according to UTC or GMT is much more better so that
it's easy to convert timezones to your timezone.
