Even if my involvememnt in Gnome is not that 100% full time hard-core developer thing, my visibility in the 
FLOSS community, as one of the few women, is high. I hope this serves as a role model that it's ok that women 
use, hack and play with computers, so that many other women get involved in Gnome.
