- Wrote and maintains freedesktop HAL which is a required dependecy of gnome-power-manager and 
gnome-volume-manager and optional dependency in many other GNOME modules
- Wrote HAL support for gnome-vfs
- Wrote and maintains gnome-mount
- Helped package the GNOME releases for Fedora Core 3, 4 / RHEL4
