New chair for the Membership Committee

Hi all,

I'd like to propose Baris Cicek as the new chair for the Membership
Committee. He's been really helpful in the last year and I've been there
for really too long.

I'm also retiring from the committee. I'll continue to help with
finishing some stuff we started (mostly some code to manage the
elections and the membership).

Is someone in the new board interested in being the contact with the
committee (ie, being subscribed to the list, answer questions, etc.)?
I'm okay to do this job, but I'll be glad if someone wants to do it :-)
