GNOME contributions:
--------------------

Summary:
NetBSD packaging, miscellaneous bug fixing.

Detailed description:
Since I became a member of the foundation, I've kept maintaining the GNOME packages in NetBSD's pkgsrc up to
date. We were one of the first systems to include packages for GNOME 2.16. I've been somewhat off of
development for the last couple of months but plan to continue my work soon, although maybe not as
intensively as I did.

I'm also coordinating several efforts to improve the NetBSD support in GNOME, which is generally painful de
to non-portable coding. See:

http://www.netbsd.org/contrib/projects.html#gnome

As before, these tasks also let me contribute multiple fixes to all areas of the desktop. You can see these
by searching for my email address in bugzilla.

Contacts:
I don't think there is any specific person you can contact, because I've not contributed to any concrete
single project within GNOME. I've sent contributions to many of them in the form of bug fixes and maintained
"external" packages.

Other comments:
---------------
I would like to continue being part of the foundation because it is one of the few things that makes me think
I'm part of GNOME; I must confess that from several other situations, the project has seemed fairly closed to
external people (but this is just a personal opinion).

Also I want to be able to vote (although I couldn't this year due to being late in filling this form) so that
I can influence, in some sense, the future of a good and clean desktop environment.
