Lapo has been working on icons for some time now. He made new icons for
all gnome-panel icons and helped me integrate them. He also pushed to
have 32x32 icons in tango, which is useful for GNOME.

It'd probably be useful to look at the gnome-icon-theme ChangeLog to
know how much work he has done.
