For technical reasons and lack of time, the instructions to vote
won't be send before tomorrow. We'll probably push back the date for
the end of the voting period to accomodate this change.

For those interested in the details, there are still some membership
applications to process and the anonymous voting scripts are not
installed yet. Most of this is blocking on me having not enough free
time for this before tomorrow.
