I already processed this application :-)

Right now, the list of unprocessed applications is:
  Gerald Friedland (you sent a mail requesting more informations)
  Johan Dahlin (it's a renewal, so it's okay)
  Prem Gupta
  Richard Kinder (it's a renewal, so it's okay)

Unfortunately, the membership management system is not yet accessible
from the web, and I'm doing all this directly with mysql. But it's not
difficult.

Sorry for the confusion: the migration to the new system is taking
longer than what I had hoped.
