Being a member who can vote in the referendum (according to
http://foundation.gnome.org/referenda/2005-10/voters.html) I
haven't received the ballot yet. (It suppossed to happened
at October 24).

The mail address should be gpoo ubiobio cl or 
gpoo gnome org (alias for the first one).
