voting on reducing the size of the board

Hey, guys-

Last year we seemed to reach some consensus that we'd need to have a
vote to reduce the number of board members, and that that was
impossible before the end of the year.

Election team, how much work would that be? If we make a decision, how
long would it take you to implement it?

Board- can we discuss this at our next meeting?
