*added IE 6 fixes to art.gnome.org

*provided xhtml fixes (the site is nearly 100% XHTML 1.1 valid)
*made some usuablity tweaks to art.gnome.org
*overhauled the voting system.
*fixed so epiphany would display art.gnome.org correctly.
