Summary:
win32 port of gnumeric, glade-3

Detailed description:
Win32 port of Gnumeric. Fixed some lower level gtk+/win32 bugs that blocked Gnumeric/Win32. Implemented the 
win32 printing module for libgnomeprint. Responsible for win32 port of glade-3 and have been working on 
loading/saving glade-2 correctly in glade-3.
