Summary:
Evolution: custom header selection
Drivel: bug fixes, display user pictures
Gnome-VFS: NFS method was written by me.

Detailed description:
Provided an interface for Evolution users to select custom mail headers and display them.

Modified the drivel network code so that user pictures are downloaded and displayed. Fixed a lot of other 
bugs in liason with Davyd.
