Yes, I forgot to tack my little disclaimer at the top, that it needed
somebody to review it...

Ah, I did not bother to even look for folks who had only posted to
membership-committee, because the instructions explicitly say otherwise.
Ah well, all for the best that somebody reviewed this.  I'll see if I
can scrounge up some time later tonight to do some more work on this.
