Dear Marco and Christian,

The GNOME foundation membership committee has a diversifying view on the
application of Adam Hooper. Since he has listed you as the primary contact,
the committee would like you to list the contributions that Adam has made
for the GNOME community in recent times. Your input will be greatly appreciated
to help us to make a fair and informed decision in the granting or denying
the applicant as a foundation member.

In my opinion, Adam has well earned GNOME foundation membership.
His contributions to GNOME include his work on Epiphany-Extensions,
which, while not yet part of the GNOME Desktop, has led to improvements
in the APIs Epiphany provides to extensions. He is the author of the
Epiphany popup blocker extension, which is slated to be incorporated
into Epiphany for GNOME 2.8. He also is the author of another Epiphany
extension, which provides off-line error-checking and standards
validation equivalent to the on-line version at w3.org (error-viewer
extension). He is a good QA tester, having found, filed and fixed
numerous bugs in Epiphany and in Epiphany-Extensions. And he is proving
a valuable Epiphany core team member by single-handedly writing the
Epiphany API documentation.

Regards,
        Christian
        (Epiphany co-maintainer and Epiphany-Extensions maintainer)
