Summary:
In-direct contribution by managing, driving and motivating a team of 8 bugfixing engineers at Wipro to work 
with community. 



Detailed description:
-Making sure that sun reported bugs gets filed in bugzilla if present in head.
-By assigning bugzilla bugs to wipro engineers (internally).
-By discussing, reviewing fixes that wipro engineers make and then ensuring that they put them up on bugzilla.

Overall, push team to work towards contributing to community.
