Unsuccessful attempts to renew Foundation membership...

Hi:

Vincent has been good enough to warn me that for some reason my
Foundation membership renewal application hasn't been getting received. 
Who knows, maybe some kind of firewall issues?  Anyhow it fails silently
for me, i.e. all appears to be well but the actual info disappears into
the void.

This is more-or-less what I posted to the application site on
foundation.gnome.org (three times :-P)
