Summary:
I put out the call for the development of GNOME.

Detailed description:
I founded the GNU project, and as part of GNU development,
I called for an alternative to KDE with its dependence
on the then non-free Qt library.  That is GNOME.
I also give license advice to GNOME developers and
documenters.
