Hey there,

Just before anyone starts to shout, I mentioned that Luis should put
Vincent as a contact for the membership committee. While I realise that
we have no current chairperson for the membership committee I just
suggested Vincent as a temporary contact until things are sorted out.

I hope no one is offended by any way with this.
