Reminder ballot ?

Hi all,

I took a look at the votes. For the moment, nearly 120 people have
voted. That means that 150 people did not vote.

Should we send a second ballot to people who haven't voted ? I was
thinking to the same ballot with 'REMINDER' (or something like this) in
the title. Does it sound okay ? It was done last year, so I suppose it
would be okay to do it again. If it's okay, when shall it be sent ?
