It seems we did not receive the renewal application. Could you please
reapply one more time before Monday ? Please add in the comment field
that you filled the form two months ago and that it was not received by
the committee.

If everyone in the committee agree, I think you'll be able to vote: the
problem is a technical one. We'll let you know.
