You are in the membership list
(http://foundation.gnome.org/membership-list.html) but not in the voters
list (http://foundation.gnome.org/voters.html). This means that you
applied for membership after October 31st and that you can't vote for
the 2002 elections. But you will be able to vote next year.
It seems you applied on 02/11/14.
