Great job, Andy !

Here's what I'm trying to do right now:

* testing the script that sends the ballots

* listing the members who will vote for the elections (and verifying
there is no error)

I'm planning to put the list of voters on the web and to send a mail to
foundation-* to ask people to verify that they are in the list.
