Last year I suggested GNOME move into the bowling balls sector.  I now see 
perhaps an error.  Moore's Law tells us that computer speed should double 
every handfull of years or so.  This means that computers should be fast 
and GNOME should work to keep slow them down so they don't get out of 
hand.
