cvs comparison issue with meld 3.16.4 in fedora 24

Hi,

I have installed fedora 24 and meld 3.16.4 .

I have modified one file and tried to compare with cvs file. 

meld is not asking for cvs password and it is not showing an difference.

tried with meld 3.16.1 and 3.16.3 also got same issue.

please reply me as soon as possible.please
