Translations and RTL locales

Hi all,

I've just pushed some changes to master that make Meld more aware of
RTL layouts. As a result, translations that were previously relying on
mis-translating 'left' and 'right' (to make the UI make somewhat more
sense) will need to be updated.

If other RTL issues arise after this, then please do either raise them
on the mailing list or file bugs.
