Sort of - there's bugzilla, this mailing list, and having someone find
time to look at the patch. Predictably, this last part is the hardest.
As a first attempt, you should just post the patch to bugzilla and
hope for a response, but bringing things up on the mailing list
certainly doesn't hurt.
