Meld 1.3.1 released

Meld 1.3.1 has been released! Grab it from:

As well as the usual batch of improvements, there have been a lot of
little issues and inconsistencies fixed in this release, thanks to
lots of great contributions. Between cursor-warping improvements,
corner case fixes, and some speed-ups, the editing experience should
now be much smoother.

Please download, test, and merge things to your heart's content.
