clearcase and diff format input

Hi,

I'm interested in finding some way to plug meld into clearcase.

How does meld generally integrate with other SCM's? Does it accept
unified diff? Do you just have to download both versions of the file
and compare them?

How is it done with SVN integration?

I couldn't actually find documentation on what sort of command line
options meld accepts, are there docs for this?
