It won't be applied as-is, since 90% of it is identical to cvsview.
And that's why it was refactored in the first place. The bzr bits
can be extracted into vc/bzr.py fairly easily enough.

I have to say though, it's very disappointing that this is
the first I've heard of bzr support.
