Hi Alexey,
I tend to use a Konsole shell with 3 or 4 different tabs each
running an instance of mc to edit multiple files at once.

Is there any way exists to switch back into mc file manager
panels from mcedit window without closing current file, to
open second file for editing simultaneously both files?
