Serious users/developers still use NNTP.
Via a minimalist USBbased Linux I've been investigating:
nc4NNPT. This handles the <transport> OK.
But there's a lot of <data management> involved to make it
user friendly.
IMO a small tree-of-scripts, perhaps callable from our F2-menu
could coordinate the NTTP operations.
I hate to ignorantly start fiddling on a project which has already
been <researched> ...
Have we accumulated any knowledge or code in this direction ?
