http://fm.no-ip.com/SS/mc0login01.png shows why I can't find login info. It's 
there in Firefox. OK, found problem. Generic adblocking CSS applies display: 
none !important to #banner, which is used by sites with ads to waste prime 
viewport space displaying nothing I have any use for. I should be able to fix 
it applying display: block specifically to the site. A better fix would be 
for the HTML to give a more descriptive ID to that content block than banner, 
reserving banner for a banner and not applying to search or user info.
