Hi,
When using F5 Copy from local to network computer with ssh link, Is there
a way to stop MC buffering of the original file onto the originating
machines hard drive /tmp/mc-username when the file is already on the hard
drive either in same or different partition. I'm trying to copy 1Gb or
larger files and that soon fills the hard drive.
It is also unreliable at times because it fills the hard drive completely
and you get "disk full" message. and causes all sorts of trouble because
the root partition has no free space.
Also when fish is buffering and copying it is at about a tenth or less of
the speed that the network runs at.
Copying a file from remote to local is at full network speed and with no
buffering.
