Are you about menu bar with "help menu view edit..."? This configured with
section [buttonbar] in skin file, i.e.
[buttonbar]
hotkey=red;lightgray
button=black;lightgray
you'll see red numbers and black text on lightgray background.
But how to customize colors of the top-sceen buttonbar? Where is "left file
command..."?
