Re: Mc Digest, Vol 60, Issue 9

Well I also want to know how to allocate unused
hot-keys, like F12.

But once you start using mc, and you've remapped the commonly used keys,
you've got an unknown dialect.

Nb. mc's editor also uses F8 to delete.
Remapping keys can bring big problems later.

Is there any guide to show us how to map a user defined hot key? in my
Centos 5U3, "Delete" key can't delete files as usual.
Also, I want use F2 to rename the selected file, but it was assigned to
"menu".

I googled but only found some articles told me the assigned hot key
list, am I missing anything?
It would be much better if someony write such a guide on
http://www.midnight-commander.org/

Thanks
Ryan
