MC ssh login without password

Hi!

I am using /#sh:user:pass 111 111 111 111/ to access the server through 
Midnight Commander and it works like charm. However, the password is not used 
and I must enter it manually every time. Since I have many server logins this 
is getting really unpleasant. 

Is there a way to automate this login _without_ doing anything on the server 
side? It should be doable, but every site I googled talks about keygen and 
putting the part of the key on the server... 

I would appreciate any hints on this.
