Apparently your image-file attatchment was deleted.
Which is good.
Don't send non text attatchments on mailing lists.

php editing under mc is probably controlled by the 'php template'
in cooledit  -- the default editor.

When I look in my old-log of what I did when investigating cooledit's
indentation/sytax-hi-liteing facilities, I see references to files like: , /usr/lib/mc/syntax/pascal.syntax , .cedit/edit.indent.rc
So you should expect to find 'parameters' that control php editing
somewhere like this.

paragraph symbols (right side in attached file).
