Hi!

An idea for extracting: named pipe to /tmp instead of copying the file
there. And uncompressed size can be calculated with vfs_info. Then we
could copy that file from /tmp to the target as a regular file with
progress_bar etc. etc. (However we should be able to set that we want
to copy the "content" of the named_pipe)
