Re: mc needing a DNS translation when run

Are you sure that the DNS lookup block mc?
What do you have in your /etc/resolv.conf ?

 /
| search tamay-dogan.homelinux.net
| #nameserver 80.10.246.1
| #nameserver 80.10.246.132
| #nameserver 192.168.0.194
 \______________________________________

comment out all DNS-Servers like me, because 
I have currently no Internet connection too.
