copy/past between files in MC

I'm looking at MC as a file manager, and one of the first questions
that comes up is how I can display two files and copy/paste text
between them.

Apparently the MC clipboard is not system, for if I run two sessions
of MC in order to display two documents simultaneously, I can't
copy/past between them. 

How do I do this?
