panel sorted by access/change time

Currently, if a panel is sorted by access or change time, the third
column is still `MTime'.  Instead, I suggest this option:

  Display MTime, ATime, and CTime if sorted by Modification, Access,
  and Change Time, respectively, overriding the current default
  setting temporarily.
